Waqar Khan is Pakistan's first freediving instructor and the founder of Pakistan Spearfishing. He teaches breath-hold diving and spearfishing skills in real Arabian Sea conditions.
Biography

Ocean experience
The school publishes four working figures: a 5:00 breath hold, a 40 m maximum depth, more than 700 ocean dives, and training that happens in the sea rather than a pool that stands in for the ocean.
He has also dived in Sri Lanka and competed in Manado, Indonesia. Those trips are described on the country pages. A travel course is arranged on enquiry, not from a fixed catalogue.
How he teaches
Sessions start with relaxation, breathing and equalisation. Depth comes after the diver can do those calmly. Spearfishing is taught as a skill: reading the coast, approaching fish, and taking only what will be used.

Safety
Students do not freedive alone. A session stays inside the diver’s experience, and the spot is chosen for that day’s sea. Equalisation, a buddy on the surface, and a controlled return matter more than a number on a line.
