Junior Freediving (4–15 years)
Junior Freediving, 8–11 years
Technique starts to matter. Students practise calm duck-dives and learn how a buddy watches from the surface.
What you practise
- A relaxed surface breath
- Short duck-dives in shallow water
- Basic buddy awareness
Who it is for
Children aged 8 to 11 who can swim and follow instructions.
Dates, length and fees are confirmed when you enquire. Equipment included in the day is named in that reply. Pakistan Spearfishing does not publish another school's prices or certificates.
Safety
Students do not freedive alone. A buddy watches the surface, equalisation stays comfortable, and the session stops if the sea, the weather or the diver is not ready. Blackout is a real risk in breath-hold diving, including on the way back up.
Taught by Waqar Khan on the Karachi coast. Read freediving in Pakistan for the spots and the season.
